The staff at New Haven was really great. The dementia care area looked great and I was really impressed. It looked like a home, although it was a little bit bigger than a home...The staff was very engaged with [the residents]. They had this huge open kitchen that was marvelous and it just had the right touch of a home. Even though the layout was very open, it was small enough for dementia care residents that it made sense. It just seemed like a really great place and it left a good impression on me.
