Above and Beyond

The staff is really what makes this place a winner. They are always very friendly, caring, and ready to assist with any needs. The Director listens and she addresses [questions] and will often offer to go above and beyond with assistance for concerns like doctor visits, medications, personal needs, etc. My Mother’s room is beautiful. I feel very fortunate that my Mother is now at New Haven. I highly recommend it!
